After the death of Jesus, Mary Magdalene's moved to Provence and spent her last 33 years in the grotto in the Sainte Baume massif. The place is very inspiring. Gordes and Rousillon are very interesting as they have each its own style & architecture. This will be your post card day in the iconic Provence! We'll drive through Provencal landscapes & Luberon mountains. On the way, we can stop at factory boutique with nice lavender products. Then, you'll visit Sénanque Abbey with its incredible monastery & lovely lavender fields. Gordes will be our next stop. Its architecture is really protected & strolling there is just like a journey in the past. You'll have free time for lunch there. After that, we'ill go to Rousillon. This ochre village is really incredible & stands out due to its colours: yellow, orange and red. While strolling around the pretty squares, you can explore boutiques & admire the surrounding mountains. You'll have enough time there to chill or discover the ochre trail. If you want to visit Luberon without running, this trip is certainly or you! However, if you want to add 1 or 2 villages to this trip, it's of course possible.

I’m inviting you to spend a really sensational day. Probably one of the most beautiful you'll have in Provence. I'll take you to one of my favorite spots in Gorges du Verdon where I go with my family and friends. The best way to explore this unic place is to have a boat ride in the canyon, the biggest in all Europe. You'll drive your little private electric boat having a picnic with some local wines. You can jump to the water or just unwind admiring the nature (2 hours easy drive, very calm water). Then we'll stop on few lavender fields off the beaten path. If you have a chance, you'll be the only one strolling there and taking pictures. Their beauty is really indescribable, even after the blooming period! The next stop is the perched village Sainte-Croix with its incredible view of the Sainte Croix lake. Free time for a walk in the village or beach time by the lake. *In case of bad weather, instead of the boat, I'll drive you to the charming Moustiers-Sainte-Marie village.

Every Sundays, a beautiful large market is held in the toxwn of L'Isle sur la Sorgue. This town is the 'capital' of Antique and old furniture. There is always something to buy! marchand display their Antique on the street of L'Isle sur la Sorgue but you can also find many Antique shops around town. A well as Antique, many local farmers sell their fruits, vegetables. You can also find 'charcuterie' (cold cuts), cheese, flowers, lavender, nougat displays. Some of them you can taste . After spending some times at the market, You will be heading towards Fontaine de Vaucluse, a small quaint village very refreshing summer time when temperatures are excessives. Fontaine de Vaucluse is where the Sorgue river starts. Gordes will be our next stop for a photo stop of the village from the belvedere (exquisite view point) And at last Roussillon, the ocre village with its colourful rock formation
