My wife and I had spent a day touring the Born neighborhood in Barcelona and were looking for a place to have a good dinner. We were able to get a last-minute reservation at this place, and boy am I glad we did. We had a great experience. The staff was terrific, and the food was good. The atmosphere was perfect. Great service and the food. I had sea food paella and I was surprised with the fresh taste of shrimps and shells. Be prepared to wait for paella between 30-40min because they have to prepare it. They have various menus, from sea food to meat stakes. All staff speak english and if you are a tourist it will no problem to communicate. I definitely recommend La Boqueria to have your meal. I came here two days ago with my cousin as we had been searing the whole of Las Ramblas for Paella in the rain. We were seated immediately and waited 30 mins for our food (as we were already informed of the wait time for the food - this was no issue) we got the mixed Paella (meat & seafood) it was a big portion great for 2-3 people. It also came piping hot and fresh. I can definitely see myself coming back and I definitely feel it is worth a try!!!

Didn’t knock my socks off but still a great place! Service was fast and friendly!! Tapas were the best part. I wish I would have just gotten that as my main!

We stayed for four nights at the hotel next door and still chose to eat here every evening!! The food arrives quickly, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is warm and everything was just GREAT. The food is delicious — highly recommend!
