We went exploring on a Saturday and came upon this place my wife (a Colombiana) recognized it and described a variety of gourmet restaurants in one complex--spanish, Chinese, Japanese and more. We went up the escalator from 45 and asked the hostess where were and she said here Japanese and in front Mediterranean and Spanish which we felt right for the moment. It was nice decor separated into different levels of table sectSpanish, quiet as only 5 or 6 tables occupied in a large number of cubicle like settings as it was 3pm. We got seated and presented with a bilingual waiter who gave menus and quickly brought us bread and butter while we reviewed the menu. He offered great clarification on several items leading me to the ossobuco and my wife to pork ribs. We had delicious sapphire and tonics and ordered reacon Jamon platter and dumplings as appetizers. The platter of Iberian ham and pork was large, superb seeming like 7 year aged but the waiter informed us just 18 month. The pork dumplings were crispy with an enjoyable dip. I saw the enigmatic machine to allow small ounce samples of the large variety of wines mounted there. I had not seen one since I left Washington DC where one wine bar had one to allow tasting expensive wines at low cost. Sadly he said it was not operating at this time....next visit. Then he introduced a very knowledgeable bilingual Sommillier (I am one too) who (see photo) helped us select from 3 varieties of US and Spanish wines (which I selected) which was very interesting with a cabernet like flavor and great after taste interesting..photo. My ossobuco was cooked perfectly and had an unusual mild sweet sauce. My wife said she enjoyed her cerdo costilla but as usual only ate half then take home. We finished with cappuccinos with bailey's and a fudge chocolate volcano. We must return and explore these places. Oh as we got our desserts the entire place filled up and besides birthday songs, folkloric dancers and singers in the area next to us I was expecting an amazing and flavorful meal, but I ended up feeling meh by most of the dishes. The only exception was the appetizer, the patatas bravas, which were good. The rest of our order -the pollo toscani, ossobuco vitello, and hongos silvestres, unfortunately lacked a strong, distinctive flavor. To me, it seemed as though the food itself was bland, tasting mostly of just the main ingredient. Again to me, the dishes were undersalted and appeared to be overcooked, which likely contributed to the overall lack of flavor and the inability of salt to properly enhance the ingredients, which do seem to have good quality. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the food at all, maybe I just had very, very high expectations to the flavors? The service, however, was exactly what you'd expect from this type of restaurant: amazing! The staff was extremely knowledgeable, super polite, and attentive to all our requests throughout the meal. Great food and atmosphere. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I dined here solo and it took them an hour alone to ask me for my order. In total I was there almost 3 hours. The server ignored me in totality. I had to get the restaurant management to put my order in and then correct it when it was wrong. The decor was stunning. The food was very good and the hostess was notably pleasant. If not for these things, I could not recommend. The service staff was absolute trash.

We tried the chef experience consisting in 10 courses, we wait about 15 minutes at the table to have someone coming to offer something to drink, the server who took care first of the experience wasn’t familiarize with the experience dishes so his comments describing the food was 2 for 5, food quality was good, drinks was great and also desserts, chef is very creative and on top of the customers. I believe this place needs to improve the servers training because the experience was expensive, we spend about 250 dollars or 1.000.000 Colombian pesos. We been spending way less with way better service and more knowledge about food for way less price! MY FAVORITE DRINK WAS THE NON-alcoholic Yellow Fritz (I don’t know if I spelled correctly)
