Overall, it was a memorable dining experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bonaire. Dining at Zara’s Bonaire was an unforgettable experience. Not only was the food beautifully presented and full of flavor, but the chef himself made the evening even more special. He was incredibly accommodating and took the time to explain each dish with such passion and knowledge. His friendliness and genuine care for the guests created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to find a chef who combines such culinary talent with such hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates fine dining with a personal touch! Opting for the five-course dinner, I was pleased that the chef accommodated my vegetarian preferences. The food was a mix of highs and slight misses—the breads and beet salad were excellent, while the ravioli was slightly undercooked. Service was extremely slow, likely due to being understaffed, making this a three-hour dinner. If you have the time and patience, the experience is worth it, but be prepared for a leisurely-paced meal. We had an incredible dining experience at Zara’s- hands down one of the best meals we’ve ever had. The service was impeccable and the creativity of the dishes was incredibly memorable, combining local and European flavors. The chef did an amazing job of accommodating dietary restrictions, which was much appreciated. We would highly recommend adding a visit to Zara’s to your trip to Bonaire!

Made a reservation for the rooftop dining experience. Everything was immaculate from the ambiance down to presentation of the silverware. The chef is a culinary genius. A true gem of Bonaire.
