I went to Prime for my birthday dinner. I must say the food was good. The presentation of the food and the waiters and waitresses... all superb. The ambiance 👌The chef even came out and joined in with the waitress to sing happy birthday and presented me with a slice of cheese cake. I had a pleasant night... but! Yes, there is a but... the drinks prices👎... I'll rate a 2. The drink prices are very, very high.. and I emphasized very. Imagine paying $100 for 5 to 6 drinks. Would have stayed longer after dinner, but the drink prices made us leave. I have spent a lot of time in Tortola. Hands down the only true fine dinning and or steak to be found. It is small and the service was top notch. My steak was perfect. Wine list of good/ fair. Pate on my appetizer was perfect. My wife will be with me on my next four week visit and we will come here weekly! Very good! I have been to the top of the list on this island and this beats them all. The New York strip and double baked potatoes were just fine cooked correctly - service was wonderful. I asked about the 15% auto going to the owner not the servers didn’t get a straight answer so tipped another 15% on top of that cash.

I have spent a lot of time in Tortola. Hands down the only true fine dinning and or steak to be found. It is small and the service was top notch. My steak was perfect. Wine list of good/ fair. Pate on my appetizer was perfect. My wife will be with me on my next four week visit and we will come here weekly! Very good! I have been to the top of the list on this island and this beats them all.

The New York strip and double baked potatoes were just fine cooked correctly - service was wonderful. I asked about the 15% auto going to the owner not the servers didn’t get a straight answer so tipped another 15% on top of that cash.

Our experience at Prime was a wonderful surprise. From the drinks, to appetizers, main course, and dessert, the food was all phenomenal. You can’t find a better Lobster and the filet rivaled some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff made the entire dining experience worth it.
