I visited for the first time and the Mandarin Revelry menu was the specialty. The welcome drink and the first starter was nice while we waited on the couch to be seated at the restaurant. However, it took almost an hour after we were seated at Rasa to get the second starter, which was a bit surprising being left without any food, water or drink for that long. My partner enjoyed the tasting menu and I do understand that because of my pescatarian diet that some of the dishes had to be changed, however I wish they had been changed to seafood instead of veggie as there are so many asian seafood dishes. The cauliflower course had no real taste and I felt like it was cauliflower mash with cauliflower on top. The pumpkin course was a better substitute but still a bit lackluster. I enjoyed the different chefs rotating and explaining the different dishes, but again you could tell that the veggie prep couldn't compare to the meat courses. We chose the special drinks and they were good, but some of them were either delayed or there was a delay with the food to pair them properly. Overall the ambience was nice and we enjoyed observing the chefs prepping the meal. Chef Tomas has a good team! For the value of my pescatarian meal I didn't think it was worth it, especially with the portion sizes as I was left hungry when we left. If you do try the experience just don't deviate from the menu and prepare for long waiting times between courses. My wife and I had an unforgettable five-course immersive dinner experience at Rasa in Hotel Indigo. This was an extraordinary evening filled with sensory explosions – visually, in aroma, and in taste. Each course was a masterpiece, with every plate detailed and vibrant, showcasing the chef's creativity and dedication to excellence. The entire Rasa staff was incredibly attentive to our needs every single step of the way. Their service elevated the entire dining experience, making us feel valued and well-cared for. Make sure you go on an empty stomach because the portions are generous and satisfying. The menu is seasonal and changes every few months, ensuring that each visit offers something new and exciting. We highly recommend Rasa to anyone looking for a truly out-of-this-world dining experience. It's a must-visit for food lovers! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rasa and experiencing their exquisite Mandarin Revelry menu, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped through the door, the ambiance set a tone of elegance that perfectly complemented our fine dining experience. Each dish from the Mandarin Revelry menu was a delightful surprise, showcasing a harmonious balance of flavors that tantalized the taste buds. The attention to detail was remarkable—each presentation was a work of art, reflecting the chef's creativity and passion. The colors and textures combined beautifully, elevating our dining experience to new heights. Among the standout dishes, one that truly captured my heart was the dessert: the Asian Pear. Described as "absolutely melting," it lived up to its reputation. The delicate sweetness and perfectly tender texture made it an unforgettable finish to an already incredible meal. Rasa has certainly established itself as one of the best fine dining experiences in the Cayman Islands. The combination of exquisite dishes, beautiful presentations, and a warm, inviting atmosphere makes it a restaurant not to be missed. I highly recommend visiting Rasa for an extraordinary dining adventure that you won’t soon forget!

What an awesome experience! The food quality and service were excellent and had a very upmarket vibe. The food was presented beautifully and the explanation from the chefs was an added bonus. A few unusual flavour combinations but overall food was delicious and filling. A big thank you for providing safe, gluten free options that were the same or almost the same as the normal menu. The dessert was incredible, I was super happy to see gluten free cake served! The only downside was the experience would suit a more dark, intimate and private setting as it felt a little underwhelming when we walked in.

What can I say….5 stars all around. This 3 hour culinary chef’s food tasting experience was one of a kind. Being only open for 5 months, we tempered our expectations. Boy, were we wrong. The atmosphere was cool and chique. The attention to detail is meticulous. The servers are extremely well versed and extremely knowledgeable of the processes that go into each dish. I highly recommend the chef’s tasting and make sure to get the up charge for the signature or premier drink tasting as it pairs extremely well with the 6 course meal. The Squab stole the show. They blow torch it right behind you to a perfect temperature. The smokiness takes any hint of “gaminess” you would assume completely gone. The up charge come with 5-6 drinks. It’s not just a dinner, it’s an experience.
