I had the pleasure of dining at House of Lechon recently, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The restaurant itself has such a warm, welcoming vibe, and the food was absolutely delicious. The lechon was full of flavor which was definitely the star of the show! I also tried their lechon sisig, which was rich and delicious, and the sides or appetiser complemented everything perfectly. Their desserts like turon and special puto bumbong were definitely worth to try! But what really stood out was the service. Kuya Aldrin was our server, and he made the entire experience so memorable. He was attentive, friendly, and had great recommendations. It felt like he genuinely cared about our experience, making sure we had everything we needed. His positive energy and great customer service skills added an extra touch to an already fantastic meal. If you're looking for authentic Filipino food with exceptional service in Cebu, I highly recommend House of Lechon. Be sure to ask for Kuya Aldrin—he’ll make your visit even more enjoyable! Finally got to dine at the famous House of Lechon — third time’s the charm! It’s true that the best time to visit is during non-peak hours, like before lunch or dinner. We went around 3 PM for a late lunch/early dinner (right after our flight) and got seated immediately. We ordered quite a few dishes — sadly, the spicy lechon was already sold out. The staff mentioned it’s always the first to go, so definitely come early if you want to try it! We ended up getting the classic lechon, crispy kangkong, baked scallops, pinakbet, dinuguan, and calamares. The baked scallops were super cheesy and flavorful — a bit rich (“nakakaumay” if you eat too much), but still delicious. The classic lechon was the true highlight: crunchy skin, flavorful meat, and perfect when paired with their vinegar dip. The rest of the dishes were okay — decent but not particularly standout. The staff were amazing — friendly, attentive, and very welcoming. Honestly, aside from the lechon, they were the stars of our visit. Big thanks to the team for the warm service and hospitality! Overall, a great experience and definitely worth visiting, especially if you come during off-peak hours to avoid the crowd. November 2025 - perhaps the most popular if not the best lechon restaurant in Cebu. Other food they offer are equally delicious. Love the crispy kangkong and their pancit is so good! Lots of customers during peak hours so it's recommended to arrive much earlier.

First, I have never experienced the amazing level of customer service that I received at House of Lechon. Front the moment you walk in the door, until you are walking out, multiple staff are constantly making sure you have a pleasant experience. The food was great and I was especially impressed with the Sisig. Our personal server Khim was kind and professional. This was a memorable event that I hope to do again.
