What a GREAT experience. The atmosphere, the attention to detail were amazing. The staff was excellent, very sweet and personal. It is sometimes missed in reviews, to talk about the staff, Sien Nijland was our primary server. He was grateful. Each and everyone else who came to our table was also equally personable. The food was so very unique and tastefully prepared and explained. They have a great concept and was a wonderful experience. Definitely make it a point to enjoy

This is a new location, along the water at Pietermaai. A perfect addition to the district with a modern chic vibe. Great location with beautiful views and with very tastefull furniture and decoration. The food is clearly prepared with care and service was wonderful. We did breakfast which offered unlimited orders from a nicely varied breakfast menu. The different dishes were delicious and larger than expected, considering the concept. I will definitely go back and I can wholeheartedly recommend this.

A beautiful spot with a thoughtful and interesting concept. We went for a 7 course chef’s table and were blown away by the food. Every bite was so good and comes with a page from a food story that the dishes create. We had a really wonderful time. The chef who cooked for us was 18(!!!) and blew our minds with his passion and excitement and experience, despite his young age. We hope to return here next year and see what the menu holds! Highly recommend the wine pairing as it really goes well with all of the dishes. The only negative is that (like another reviewer) neither the website nor the booking email suggests that the price is not in guilders, unfortunately, so I was surprised by a $550 bill. We don’t regret it at all but a little bit more clarity would be nice in the future.

We booked the 7-course chef’s tasting and WOW. Each dish was not only beautifully crafted but also introduced us to ingredients we had never tried before, and familiar flavors presented in completely new, creative ways. Every course came with a thoughtful story connecting it to the island, which made the meal feel truly special and immersive. The service from Jesse and Stein was outstanding. They were attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and never made us feel rushed. From start to finish, their attention to detail was unmatched. They took their time explaining each course and answered all our questions thoroughly. Hands down, this was the best meal we’ve ever had in our lives, and we left feeling very full and excited to return (so much so that we’re going for breakfast just to enjoy the team’s cooking once more before leaving the island).
