I went to this Lebanese restaurant for lunch over the weekend, and they had a buffet with live music, such a great vibe! When I couldn’t decide what to order from the a la carte menu, Mr. Saad kindly recommended some popular Lebanese dishes. He was super friendly and helped me with a big smile the whole time. Really great service! The vegetarian biryani was especially good, the eggplant was perfectly sauteed in olive oil, super fresh and went so well with the raita sauce. You can also enjoy shisha inside the restaurant. I tried both the breakfast buffet and the Friday brunch. The breakfast was quite basic with limited variety, unlike the brunch which was delicious, diverse, and had warm food that was refilled fairly quickly. I really liked that it’s a Lebanese restaurant and most of the chefs and managers are Lebanese — it adds an authentic touch to the food and service. However, the non-smoking area should be larger, or smoking should be restricted at least during brunch time for a more enjoyable experience. The staff were friendly and quick in service. I’d definitely come back for the brunch, but not for the breakfast. I had an amazing dining experience at Tawlet Yvonne in Doha! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
