This is a solid option for lunch or dinner. Pros: They serve well-portioned Middle Eastern/Mediterranean-style food, with some typical additions like burgers. I particularly appreciate the attention given to plating, as we eat with our eyes first. Cons: I don’t like the principle behind service charges (most restaurants seem to be doing it now) or rounding up cents (definitely not the norm) in bills paid with credit cards. The seasoning could be better, especially on the meats, which can be underwhelming at times. Conclusion: Definitely go for the spectacular, relaxing view and stay for the excellent service from the wait and bar staff. You won’t regret it. The design of this restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and compliments the surrounding view/atmosphere for a relaxing dining experience. The service was top tier. We were pleasantly greeted upon walking in and taken to our table right away (reservation made). Special mention and Kudos to our server Kaydona who was so professional we would not have known it was her first day on the job if she hadn't told us. The food served was very well presented and palatable (chicken steak was a bit overcooked/tough but the meal overall was good). Cocktails were also good. Will definitely be back. So the restaurant is beautiful. Great views .. open area .. simple nice decor. I was hoping it would be a shining example of the amazing food we have experienced in Grenada. Unfortunately it wasn't. We got in and were seated quickly. Ordered drinks and appetizers. I got a rum punch but it seemed over sweetened. Almost artificial. Unlike the rum punches i have had elsewhere. The appetizers were wings and a tomato dip. The dip was fine. The bread was good too. But the wings were incredibly salty and had such an abundance of flavour that it was just too much. My wife then got the lobster that was burned and stringy and my burger had oversized bread that you could barely fit in my mouth. I removed the bread but even then it tasted frozen. We barely ate half. And it wasn't good enough to be even brought back to our hotel. On the service. The lady was nice but I asked for mayo which was forgotten about. She never came back to check on us. I had to call her and ask again and by the time I got it, we had decided the meal was done. And then we called her over again to get the check. Not once did she ask how our meal was. Especially since we had left most of it on the plates. Disappointed that I didn't enjoy this more. The restaurant has the style and atmosphere... but at least in this particular evening, that was all it had.

I have no idea why it has taken me so long to dine here, but I promise you one thing, once you visit, you will keep coming back. My husband and I visited three days in a row. The first for drinks. This has to be one of the most beautiful places to enjoy the sunset, hands down. The following two evenings, we went for dinner. It did not disappoint. Each dish was executed perfectly with flavors that were authentic to fine Middle Eastern cuisine while honoring a local palate. As a person who has dined literally all over the world, and loves embracing different cultures, Brisa Mar is my new favorite in the place I'm proud to call home. Plus, they are pet friendly, and everyone who knows me knows that I go absolutely nowhere without my dog, so it was a pleasure for all of us.
