My husband, son and I celebrated my 50th birthday here and I couldn't have been more pleased. The ambience and service were impeccable and the food amazing. Some of the friendliest staff we've met, and on an island as welcoming as Grenada, that's saying quite a bit! Best restaurant experience on the island so far! From the warm, attentive service to the delicious food, everything was perfect. Watching the sunset over the ocean made it even more unforgettable So we were very excited to go here because the Silversands is owned by Naguib Sawiris (Wealthiest Egyptian billionaire- and we are Egyptians from Ny). We were disappointed. The hotel is beautiful so it’s a nice place to visit and have a drink, take some pics - but I wouldn’t eat here. First off, this is probably the most expensive restaurant in Grenada - think NYC steakhouse ($60-150 steaks with no sides). So the food. Half the menu appeared to be not available. They ruined our tomahawk steak and it was $150. Then when I complained they offered to give a discount - they took 20% of just that entire (and still got the math wrong). Aside from that the sides were very mediocre - and you have to pay extra for them so I was expecting top steakhouse side quality. It was far from it. Mac n cheese was dry and bland. Truffle Yuca fries and salad was pathetic. Desserts, the few that were actually available, were just ok.

Visited in early September. We were the only people in the restaurant for an hour. The service was incredible and made possible by ReHanna. What in incredible server and personality. Hats off to her and the staff. Food was very good. Tuna was excellent but make sure to ask for a side of the White garlic/butter sauce usually served with the mashed potatoes. It went extremely well with the Tuna. Skip the coconut shrimp though. Views were priceless.

Had a delicious lunch here during our vacation! We didn’t stay at the hotel but enjoyed the restaurant on a sunny afternoon. Coming from the beach you’re escorted to the restaurant and can stop in if they are not full of reservations! Food and drinks were delicious and they served complimentary focaccia with balsamic and oil! Only con is portion sizes were small but I do find this to be consistent in Grenada’s restaurants. Gratuity is also already included on all bills no matter the size of party.
