I’m still thinking about the shrimp: perfectly grilled, juicy, and naturally sweet, with just the right char to bring out their flavor. Simple, fresh, and unforgettable. But the real surprise was the clams. Steamed with lemongrass and chili, they were incredibly fragrant and brimming with that fresh ocean taste. Each bite was pure comfort — warm, slightly spicy, and so satisfying you’ll wish you ordered a second round. There’s something special about how Ga Hai San does seafood. It’s not overcomplicated — just the freshest ingredients treated with care and skill. If you’re anywhere near Ha Long Bay, do yourself a favor and make this your seafood stop. You won’t regret it.
