VERY, VERY INTERESTING EXPERIENCE The staff is super wonderful . We came in on a rainy Sunday evening. We were greeted with umbrella upon leaving the car , towels to dry off, as well as welcome drinks (we had the option of a cocktail and a mock tail). The drinks were tasty, nothing to rave about. I would wish to highlight the curated interior of the lobby and bathroom. Very impressed. The decor and furniture of the lobby area was quite elegant. But let’s talk about the main event. An immersive dining experience where youre teleported into a sensory deprivation room. While the sense of sight is taken as the dining room is completely pitch black, other senses like hearing, smelling, feel and taste are enhanced . We opted for the 3 course (11 dish) tasting. It’s approximately $45 USD per person (before drinks) but totally worth it. All electronics or light emitting devices are stowed away into a private locker, and we were guided by our host. All hosts are blind and have memorized the layout of the restaurant. The service feels like tht of any noteworthy restaurant . All 11 dishes were interesting and unique . We liked some more than others, but the overall experience is worth EVERY PENNY! If you’re ever in Saigon (HCMC) ADD THIS TO YOUR LIST! PS. Sorry I wasn’t able to add more photos , no phones allowed 😉😉😉 Brilliant and exactly what you expect. You arrive, get your briefing and choose your menu. Then you go into an extremely dark room, so dark that there is no difference between eyes opened or closed. We ate 14 dishes in 4 courses. Our waitress was absolutely brilliant, funny and so good at explaining everything from the location of your drink to her every move at the table. At first we were all a bit uncomfortable and scared, but by the end we were so comfortable and sad it was over! Seeing the menu items at the end also blew our mind. A brilliant experience from start to finish. You should definitely give it a try. We eat with our eyes first, so taking this sense away really changed the whole experience! We had one of the most unforgettable dinners tonight — at Noir Dining in the Dark, Saigon. From the moment we walked in, everything felt different. We started with a little welcome drink and a fun blindfold puzzle to awaken our senses — and then we were guided into total darkness by the kindest, visually-impaired staff. Inside the dining room, there wasn’t a single flicker of light. Just our voices, our laughter, and the mystery of what was on our plates. We had no idea what we were eating — only the smells, textures, and flavors to guide us. It made every bite a discovery. The food was delicious and full of surprises, but what made the night truly special was the experience itself — trusting our senses, communicating differently, and realizing how much we rely on sight every day. After the meal, they revealed what we had actually eaten — and of course, we laughed at how wrong we both were! 😄 If you’re in Saigon and want a dining experience that’s romantic, humbling, and completely unique — we both highly recommend Noir. It’s not just dinner; it’s a journey through the senses.

A great and humbling experience. We were served great food by a blind staff in the dark. The service was amazing. I am honored to have attended. Sharing photos of the before and after only. Had the vegan set.

I had a fantastic and unique culinary experience here with my friend. I love the Indochine decor style here and the vibe is so comfy and cozy. Staff are very friendly and informative. You get a free drink while in the waiting room. You have to play a game while being blindfolded to get access into the dinning room where it’s pitch dark. You have to utilize other senses to appreciate the food. Everything was good. Definitely recommend! ❤️
