I love this place! It’s a great spot for traditional Indonesian cuisine that’s authentic but very refined and beautifully served. Amazing staff and the atmosphere and ambiance is so special.

The restaurant interior has an interesting historical theme and is beautifully decorated. Wide variety of food choices but taste wise is pretty average. Do try their recommended Boat of Nine Satays which offers a various types and flavors of satay. Overall, a good option for dinner.

For International guests, the ambience and presentation make it fine dining for Indonesian sampling from Central Java. Locals however might feel the food is very good, but maybe commonly found and therefore overpriced (it’s fair comment, perhaps like going to Wolfgang Puck for a hamburger). Highly recommend though if you want high quality local food served in a historical ambiance.
