Upon walking in, we were met by 2 people. A lady, not a waitress, showed us to our seats and said “enjoy”. No menus were given to us, and 2 people who later arrived and sat behind us received service whilst we were still without menus. The waitress passed 2 times, I had to call her from the bar, where she was just standing after serving the 2 individuals. Overall food was okay, however, my friend did not enjoy the pasta. I don’t know if we were profiled as people who just came to take pictures and sit? Very beautiful spot. I recently had dinner here with friends one evening, and my first impression was that it’s a really beautiful restaurant. The pricing is on the higher side, especially for cocktails. I wanted to order a daiquiri but was told it wouldn’t come with crushed ice, which seemed odd. Instead, I opted for a strawberry juice, which I ended up mixing with lemonade and ice to suit my taste. My friends wanted to order some starters but were informed that they did not have octopus and prawns, so we went straight to the mains. I ordered the chicken and halloumi rigatoni, only to be told they didn’t have rigatoni either, which was… unexpected for a dish named after it, anyway I ended up substituting it for linguini. The wait for our food was about 30 to 40 minutes, which wasn’t ideal, but Ralph (I believe that was his name) came by to check on us and put us at ease. When the food finally arrived, it was delicious. I even tried some of my friend’s pasta, and it was just as good. Despite a few hiccups, the food and service were solid. Our waitress was very attentive, which added to the experience. We ate a variety of small plates. The food was good. Loved how the different flavour notes came together. A beautiful wine selection. Loved the restaurant's decor and the moodiness of the lighting.

We visited Ethos for our anniversary dinner. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful, it's a unique, distinct space. The food was 50/50. The crispy squid starter was very nice. The hot tiger prawns were okay, good but not amazing. My fiancé's fillet was good, it had a nice smokey flavour. However he ordered the fillet on the bone but did not recieve that. He received a fillet off the bone. I had the lamb shank with chive mash. Lamb was done well but the mash tasted more like polenta. Baklava ice cream was refreshing and light. Overall, I would say the ambiance and look of the restaurant was far superior to the food.

The food was exquisite! Very well presented with a burst of flavors. The portions are just the right size. It is a bit costly so be prepared for fine dining at a cost. The inside decor is elegant with the best aesthetics. The waiters are very professional and always make sure that your glass is filled with whatever you're drinking. I appreciated the basement parking. I could dine knowing that my car was secured. Overall, this was a pleasant and warm welcoming experience
