Soo good and economic. The drinks are made there and taste fresh. The plate of food was just the typical breakfast that I had been looking for. You can splurge and have other sides which also look appetizing. But with the plate that I got it was good enough to fill me for a strong breakfast. During my stay in La Fortuna, I tried several local restaurants offering traditional Costa Rican food, known as sodas. This particular one was by far the best value for money. A full meal (casado) cost around 3,500 CRC, and the best part—no additional taxes! The food was delicious and authentic, definitely a great way to experience local flavors. The only downside is that they close fairly early in the afternoon, so make sure to go for lunch rather than dinner. Loved this place for casados and typical Costa Rican food! We came twice for casados, highly recommend the pork chop Casado. Great service, ambiance and food.

During my stay in La Fortuna, I tried several local restaurants offering traditional Costa Rican food, known as sodas. This particular one was by far the best value for money. A full meal (casado) cost around 3,500 CRC, and the best part—no additional taxes! The food was delicious and authentic, definitely a great way to experience local flavors. The only downside is that they close fairly early in the afternoon, so make sure to go for lunch rather than dinner.

Loved this place for casados and typical Costa Rican food! We came twice for casados, highly recommend the pork chop Casado. Great service, ambiance and food.

Authentic, local Costa Rican cuisine. Sodas are the way to go down here. Definitely leave the resort and check it out. Very good food, great vibe.
