This is the spot in Guatemala for the best Shucos! Met the owner Lucas and he is a very humble gentleman. He worked hard with his partners to build this business. Bread is made by hand on site and is delicious! The sausage is also homemade. 1 sandwich is all you need, though you will want more! Prices are very reasonable. I can't wait to go back just to eat here! Amazing sandwiches/shucos, very tasty. Paid 50 quetzales for huge one and coke. Recommended 10/10. I have mixed feelings writing this review! This was a super tasty sandwich! The place was full with locals & I really wanted to try it especially after reading some articles online about this affordable local sandwiches! However our (European) stomachs weren’t made for this. Both me and my husband had a food poisoning and this was our only food that day. I have mixed feelings writing this review! This was a super tasty sandwich! The place was full with locals & I really wanted to try it especially after reading some articles online about this affordable local sandwiches! However our (European) stomachs weren’t made for this. Both me and my husband had a food poisoning and this was our only food that day. Be careful if you are sensitive, but nobody else has mentioned this in a review…

This place was delicious and cheap. Mixto de 2 was 10q. It was super filling and tasty. You can't ask for anything more. The service was great. I feel guilty because i think im gonna ask ask a 2nd one. Most likely I am I love going off the beaten path and finding these gems. You need to come here and eat a shucos.
