Spacious room with a comfortable bed, mosquito nets, and a portable fan. There’s also a terrace with chairs where you can relax. Wi-Fi is available only in the reception area, restaurant, and bar. In the evenings, guests can enjoy the firepit, sometimes accompanied by lively Maasai dancers. The bathroom has a shower—though some patience is needed for hot water! The sink and mirror could have been a bit cleaner, as they felt slightly oily. The property also offers a swimming pool, massage services, and laundry facilities. Meals are buffet-style; the food was decent, though no fresh coffee was available. After reading several mixed reviews, I was quite apprehensive about staying here. However, it turned out to be better than expected. While it wasn’t my favorite lodge, its prime location made it an excellent base for exploring the Maasai Mara. This property has a lot of potential, with well-maintained facilities that exude a sense of care and attention to detail. However, the service support fell short of expectations. Response times were notably long, which detracted from the overall experience. While the food served was satisfactory, it wasn't enough to compensate for the delays and inefficiencies. With improved service quality, this property could easily provide a truly pleasant stay experience. As it stands, it's a good base with some areas for improvement. Nothing good about this lodge stay. Poor maintenance, dirty and unfriendly hotel staff. When we check in, the bell boy carried the baggage to our room, suddenly there was one random security guy keep looking into the room which make me feel uncomfortable. Feedback to tour guide but not feedback at all. For the breakfast and dinner, never refill the food after finished, even the plate, cups are not enough to cater the crowd. Overall very poor hotel, avoid this at all cost.

Nice place for safari accommodation. Super friendly and nice staff. Remember to be a nice tourist and you'll receive nice treatment. Thanks especially to Daniel 🤙 rooms, the lodge, was okay. Got very hot and then very cold. Sewer smell was pretty crazy.

If I could give this a -10, I would. Lied to 3 times. There is no water to rooms. Wifi intermittent. Food variety and quality poor. Steps loose and bend when walked on. Water fittings falling out of walls. Toilets faulty. Rooms dirty. No facilities in rooms. No toiletries. Broken windows. The shower floor collapses under your feet. Tiles cracked. Exposed tiles causing cut feet in the shower. Curtains are not wide enough, so light fills the room at night. It goes on and on. Disgusting place to say. It's better to sleep on the road...
