Kaizen deserves its 4.9-star rating for sure. We had the 6-course Omakase, which included delicious, interesting dishes served with innovative twists. The starter of edamame with kimchee and noisette butter was such a fresh take, and the Flamed Chutoro was fantastic. The otoro on puréed sweet potato and shiitake was an amazing. Probably the best toro I’ve ever tasted. Excellent quality sushi and such great value. Service was warm and welcoming. Not to be missed!! Amazing sushi place in the middle of Palma. We loved the entire meal but the stand outs were the nigiri omakase, the japanese tempura scallop roll and the white chocolate and matcha ganache. Wow. What an amazing meal and one should absolutely stop by here when visiting Mallorca! Absolutely incredible experience! Everything we ate was soooo good. The flavors were fresh, balanced, and beautifully presented. Very cozy and authentic, and the staff were warm and attentive. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone craving truly delicious Japanese cuisine.

Everything was amazing! The lady who helped us was very sweet and gave us the perfect time and explanation of all the dishes. Love the concept! We’re going to come back to this spot for sure!

This place truly exceeded our expectations. We had the Omakase menu for €65 per person, and it was absolutely worth every cent. The sushi was incredibly fresh and flavorful so well balanced that there was no need for soy sauce at all. Every bite reflected the quality and authenticity of the ingredients. The service was just as impressive: professional, warm, and genuinely attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere is calm and beautifully designed, perfect for a relaxed and intimate dining experience. If you’re a sushi lover, this place is an absolute gem. We can only, only, only recommend it easily one of the best sushi experiences we’ve ever had.
