We were two weeks in Argentina and while the food was good in general we only had a few meals that I would consider to be excellent. Chama was one of those meals. It was simply superlative. The meats were delectable. The service was amazing and the wines superb. It you are able, do yourself a favour and eat at Chama. It will be one of the best meals of your trip! Owen our waiter was incredible and very helpful. We loved the meal and wine pairing. The dessert and coffee were ideal. The after dinner liquor was equally delicious! Absolutely not a 5-star restaurant. Food is good, Tomahawk even great, but the service... our waiter forgot my main dish. Not a side, not a drink - the full main course. In the least busy part of the day, with the empty place. My worst dining experience in Argentina. Note to the owners: if the waiter is inexperienced, overwhelmed, or too cocky, just force him to write down the order.

Owen our waiter was incredible and very helpful. We loved the meal and wine pairing. The dessert and coffee were ideal. The after dinner liquor was equally delicious!

Absolutely not a 5-star restaurant. Food is good, Tomahawk even great, but the service... our waiter forgot my main dish. Not a side, not a drink - the full main course. In the least busy part of the day, with the empty place. My worst dining experience in Argentina. Note to the owners: if the waiter is inexperienced, overwhelmed, or too cocky, just force him to write down the order.

Walked by and it caught my eye. I don’t speak much Spanish and they were very welcoming. I had the trout which was recommended by the server. It was incredible.
