Unforgettable unique experience that worth the cost. Fixed menu with a selection of mostly two positions. I don’t like and don’t eat Mexican food, but it was so high end and sophisticated, i tried and ate everything apart from some aged sauces We ordered pairing of drinks with food Tried some Mexican sake and Mexican sparkling wine (would not think those exist in general) Desserts were delicious! So unique and not too sweet. Every position was so flavourful, delicious and aesthetically pleasant Must do once in a lifetime! 10/10 Expectations are high for Pujol and they really deliver. The food is amazing - beautifully presented and intriguingly unique. We went for lunch (you must reserve in advance) and they offer set menus with two options (+ a veggie one for main course). Cocktails are yummy. Large and pricey wine list. As for quantity of food, we were full but not suffer which is perfect. Very pleasant wait staff and Somm. Just note that it’s an indoor/outdoor space so in cold weather it is cold inside (they can give you a blanket so you are comfortable) What a wonderful experience! The food was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is beautiful! I want to give the restaurant extra kudos as they were super accommodating for our dietary restrictions. They went all out to make sure they were serving us food that we were able to eat. We had the omakase bar experience and really enjoyed all the food. The tostada was great! I also enjoyed all the sauces and toppings. They made sure that our experience was amazing and it was. Wonderful!!

Lunch at Pujol was outstanding from a culinary perspective. The menu grew more impressive with each course and culminated in the Mole, which was extraordinarily complex in flavor: at times smoky, then slightly sweet, then gently spicy; occasionally notes of chocolate, banana, chili, or anise emerged – a true masterpiece. The restaurant’s philosophy is also remarkable, dedicating each season to a different region of Mexico that the team has previously explored. On this afternoon, Pujol’s culinary level was undoubtedly on three-star territory. Unfortunately, the overall experience was noticeably diminished by parts of the service. While some staff members appeared engaged and passionate, others gave the impression that they had little desire to explain anything or genuinely guide the guests. When the snacks – a tomato taco and the dish Elote – were served, the service staff described them merely as ‘tomato taco’ and ‘corn with mayonnaise, chili, and cheese.’ When we asked again after finishing the snacks, we received hardly any additional information: for the taco, it was only mentioned that pumpkin seeds were included in the dough; for the Elote, the explanation was again limited to chili, mayonnaise, and cheese, without clarifying what kind of cheese it was, how the corn or tomato had been prepared, or what other components the dish included. This significantly clouded the overall impression. A day later at Quintonil, we experienced the exact opposite: a service team that truly loves and lives its craft.

*Vegetarian Diet* Overall: Good presentation and ambiance but food quality is not worth the steep price of $500+ for two people. Pros: Food was presented and well-prepared. Servers explained the food as they came and also kept our bag. Cons: The first course was the only meal that we enjoyed. Other courses were not compatible with our flavor profile. We had to ask for our drinks after they served us the first course. Piano is moderate volume at first but after 2 hours it’s overstimulating. I asked for a menu after the fifth course, but waiter suggested he will bring later only to not bring it before we left.
