Our experiences at O Pedro have been quite varied, depending on the day and time of our visits. On our most recent visit — a Sunday — we were somewhat surprised to find ourselves waiting for nearly 15 minutes before being seated, despite having a paid and guaranteed reservation. While the restaurant’s popularity, especially over the weekend, is understandable, such a delay does take away slightly from the otherwise premium dining experience one expects with a confirmed booking. In contrast, our weekday visit was handled seamlessly, with immediate seating and a noticeably calmer ambience. The service on both occasions, however, was exceptional. Every member of the staff was attentive, courteous, and eager to make the experience memorable. A special mention must go to David, who stood out for his warmth and proactive attitude. He went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences, even helping customize certain dishes — a gesture that reflected genuine hospitality and care. Coming to the food, O Pedro continues to impress with its bold, vibrant flavors. The menu has a unique character — there’s a slight get-used-to element initially, as the dishes often play with contrasting and layered flavor profiles. Overall, the palate leans towards the spicier side, but once accustomed, it becomes quite addictive. Highly recommend trying the Jackfruit Pilaf, the Chorizo Fried Rice (adding an extra egg takes it up a notch), and the Butter Garlic Prawns, all of which stood out for their balance of flavor and quality of preparation. The ambience, much like the experience, varies by day. On weekends, the place is packed with energy — the crowd is vibrant, the music is loud, and the overall buzz is palpable. While that lends a lively atmosphere, it can get slightly overwhelming when you’re looking for a quieter dining experience. On weekdays, however, O Pedro strikes the perfect note — with softer music, balanced lighting, and an ambience that lets you truly unwind and savor your meal. The drinks were so damn good that we had a re-run of each!!!! Serradura is something that you should have in mind😌 The hospitality is amazing. People are so attentive and kind and will patiently explain or suggest the food/drink combos as per your taste. The interiors are amazingly classic that you will feel teleported to Goa!!! Food is a bit on the pricey end but it will definitely be worth the complete experience! Highly recommended!!!! Definitely going back 🙂↔️

We recently visited O Pedro at BKC and had an absolutely delightful experience. The ambience was warm and welcoming, with a lively yet cozy vibe. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, making our time there even better. Here’s what we tried: 1. Housebaked sourdough poee with balchow butter & confit garlic butter – The highlight of the starters! The butter was rich and flavorful, and the poee was the softest I’ve ever had. 2. Cured ham with melon cheese on crackers – Light and refreshing, a nice balance of flavors. 3. Pedro’s Grilled Chicken – Absolutely perfect! Juicy, tender, and marinated with spices that made every bite finger-licking good. 4. Nish-te Rawa Fry – Crispy on the outside, soft and fresh fish inside. The crunchy rawa crust was addictive, and the green chutney alongside lifted the dish even more. 5. Prawn Bal-Chaow – A complete winner! The gravy had a spot-on balance of sour and spicy, prawns were perfectly cooked, and it paired beautifully with that soft poee bread. 6. Squid Masala – Cooked to perfection (not chewy at all), with a flavorful coconut and coriander masala. Truly delicious. 7. Pedro’s World Famous Bf Burger** – Honestly one of the juiciest burgers I’ve had. High-quality patty, fresh bun, and a flavor bomb—this is an absolute must-try! 8. Choriz Chilli Taco – Soft tacos with bold chorizo flavors. The chili was a bit too strong for my palate, but chorizo lovers would enjoy it. Overall, O Pedro lives up to its reputation—great ambience, excellent service, and food that’s a perfect mix of comfort and surprise. Every dish had something memorable, and I’d definitely go back to relive this experience.
