Good food. Very good service. Restaurants here are upscale and expensive. Music was so loud as if you're in nightclub. Difficult to hold a conversation. But as they say, if you complain about music loudness, it means you're old. We had the pleasure of dining at Roberto’s in the St. Regis tonight, and it was truly a memorable experience. We were treated to a special set menu, and every dish was absolutely incredible—a perfect balance of flavor, elegance, and simplicity. The chefs managed to elevate each course with refined techniques while still letting the ingredients shine in the most natural way. It felt sophisticated without being overdone, and every bite was delicious. Our server, Ritik, was an absolute star. He was warm, attentive, and highly professional. His recommendations and timing were spot on, and he made sure we were comfortable throughout the evening without ever being intrusive. It’s rare to encounter such thoughtful service, and he really added to the overall experience. Fabio, the manager, also checked on us multiple times, ensuring that everything was up to standard—and it truly was. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests were evident and deeply appreciated. From the ambiance to the service and the exceptional food, Roberto’s delivered on every front. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined yet welcoming Italian fine dining experience in Muscat. We went to Roberto’s after dinner for coffee and dessert. It was a very pleasant experience to wrap up our evening. Loved the ambiance. Coffee was good, Dessert was Great. Fondente is highly recommended Special thanks to Jerome who delightfully explained the menu options and was so cheerful and professional throughout. Will definitely go again!!

I need to talk about the service first. They collected a bunch of the loveliest people and put them together here. The service was amiable, friendly and made the entire experience extravagant. Shout out to Jerome and Mary who were so incredibly fun. The food was really good, I recommend the peach salad, the margarita pizza and the ravioli with burrata in it. The tiramisu also had a unique flavor - definitely worth it. The ambiance glinted a nice view of the hotel while possessing a nice decor inside. The definition of fine dining - would visit it again!

Had an amazing experience at Roberto’s Italian Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was spot on from start to finish. A special mention to our waiter, Jerome—he was attentive, professional, and made our dinner even more enjoyable.
