They made my mom’s birthday very special. I would highly recommend coming here on your trip to Nice! The pistou soup is a must if you love soup. It's flavorful and delicious. The pistou soup is a must if you love soup. It's flavorful and delicious. The zucchini amuse bouche was magnificent. The food was all well made and delicious. Don't sit outside in September if mosquitos like you! I got 17 bites throughout the dinner and was told there was nothing that could be done

Perfect place for a long lunch over a bottle of wine. They have a “week” menu that is fixed price for 3 courses as well as a “moment” menu that is a bit more and also a bit pricier. I had the fish terrine starter with the duck breast main that were both delicious. Especially the wonderful sauce on the duck breast. Hubby had the “calves hoof” for a starter which was exceptional and the roasted duck for his main. The roasted duck was also delicious but I liked the sauce on my duck breast better. He had the lemon soufflé for dessert which was like eating a lemon cloud. I opted for the cafe gourmand which was an assortment of small desserts. All good but I wish I had tried the brioche pudding with apples and quince and gingerbread ice cream. They currently only take cash so stop at the ATM first! Also had a wonderful Bordeaux that was recommended by our server which was delicious with our meal. With tax and tip our bill came to €140. A bit pricey for lunch but worth every penny.
