This restaurant is beautiful. I sat near the back and was able to look out at the water which was nice. They have a good selection on their menu. I ordered their squash soup, lobster bisque, the rainbow trout, the shrimp and grits, their old fashion and their apple old fashioned and finally for dessert the raspberry chocolate canola and the pecan pie. The old fashion was missing simple syrup so it was more of a bourbon straight on the rocks, however the apple bourbon was delicious. However the apple tasted funny I can quite say what I tasted. The squash soup was sweat and creamy and the lobster bisque was good but was missing a slice of bread of crackers on the side and I felt it was missing salt, the rainbow trout what slightly salty but not overbearing, the shrimp and grits sat on a tomato based sauce, it was good but not great! Marlowe taverns shrimp and grits beats it. The desserts were plated in shooter which was hard to eat because they provide you with spoons that are too big. They need smaller spoons for a dessert in a shooter. The atmosphere, the waitresses attentiveness, and the view is what got me at this place. #tryit. I’ve been here a few times and the food is always fresh and delicious. Their flatbreads are fantastic and I highly recommend them, you cannot go wrong with any of them. I really enjoyed the Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon and of course their wood grilled filet mignon and truffle risotto were also amazing. Joel provided us with excellent service throughout our meal we will be recommending him to our friends and family. This place serves delicious American food! The steak was amazing, and I loved that you can order mini desserts and try them all — they were so good! The service was great, and the view of the lake is absolutely beautiful. A perfect spot to enjoy a nice meal and relax!

First time here and boy I wish I had discovered this place sooner. What a way to end Magical Dining season also. Everything was top notch. From seating to service to the food. Really enjoyed the flatbread and especially the white cheddar cauliflower soup. The steak entree was overcooked but they made it right with an entire new plate. Can’t wait to return.

Restaurant is very pretty! Nice view, nice decor and clean restaurant. The service was not good (not server’s fault! Too many tables to short staff - she did what she could for the amount of tables to serve). Food some things were good but the other ones were not even edible 🫣. The truffle risotto cold, the kids pasta tasted like tomato paste from the can and super cold. We were with small kids so no chance to ask to correct the filet mignon. Came basically raw ( we asked medium well) but we do understand they were busy.. To be super fair the grilled chicken from kids menu was very good! The tomato flat bread was good too and the corn soup my husband liked as well. I was writing this review saying I would not coming back again and not recommending it but the manager (Ryan I think he’s name) came to the table and was so nice and apologizing that Im willing to come back again to try again another day and update this review) .
