What an incredible find! My friend and I stopped by La Brigade recently, eager to try their famous basquettes, and they definitely exceeded our expectations. We were two people and ordered one regular beef basquette and one regular chicken basquette, which was the perfect combination to share and sample their best offerings. The food was fantastic. The beef basquette was the highlight—the meat was tender, rich, and flavorful, truly feeling like a slow-cooked masterpiece. The accompanying sauce was savory and perfectly complemented the beef. The chicken was incredibly juicy and packed a great punch of flavor. The fries served with the basquettes were perfectly crispy and seasoned, too. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making the whole experience highly memorable. If you’re craving high-quality, satisfying street food, this is absolutely the place to go. Amaazzinnggg food and staff!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had beef and chicken you get to choose the sauces for me I had the pepper sauce it was delicious with the meat I enjoyed every bite of it! The fries were hot and fresh🫶🏻 Even the meat bowl was so nice. But the classics are the best for me. Amazing meal and sooo reasonable...we had the steak and frites!! Quick and very friendly service. We were lucky to find and only 3 mins from our hotel. We are only in Paris 3 nights and trying to figure out how we come back each day! Delish and thank you again from two Canadians! ❤️

A simple menu but the food was tasty and the service was very good. Basically choose how much meat you want and the type. Choose your sauce and you are done. Can highly recommend the sausage along with the steak. Don't get it over coffee as they slice it all for you. Can also recommend the iced tea. No need to book. It is a 'non stop' service which means they don't close in the afternoon between sittings. You can eat early here if you like.

Just visited Paris and this was our favorite place to eat. We went 3 times during our trip it was SO good. Service was amazing and our favorite was the hanger steak and all the sauces were amazing. Will be searching for a good hanger steak at home for years to come until we can go back. Loved this place.
