We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday at your restaurant last Sunday. First, I would like to thank your team for accommodating us, especially since I realized I had made a mistake with our booking date. We truly appreciated your flexibility in fitting us in. However, I wanted to share some feedback about our dining experience. While we were enjoying our meal, there was a significant delay with our fourth course. We noticed that other tables who arrived after us had already finished their desserts while we were still waiting. When I asked our server about it, he went to check with the kitchen and discovered that our docket had been missed. It was quite disappointing that no one noticed our table had been waiting without food for so long, despite staff passing by and serving other tables. When it was time to pay, a staff member asked about our experience, and I mentioned what had happened. Her response was simply, “Well, it’s good that C Restaurant accommodated you,” which made me feel that our concern wasn’t taken seriously. I wanted to bring this to your attention not to complain harshly, but to help improve your service in the future. We had looked forward to celebrating a special occasion at your restaurant, and while we appreciated being accommodated, the oversight and lack of acknowledgment were disheartening. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. Went there for a birthday celebration having the 'a la carte' lunch option. Forgot to mention it was for a birthday during booking. But when they realised it was for a birthday, they surprised the birthday girl with a nice 'Happy Birthday in chocolate' plate with some sweets on it. Not fancy, but very thoughtful. We were well taken care of by our waitress Keira and nothing was to much to ask. Food was delicious and of high standard. Entre was Kingfish Ceviche; loved it. Main fish (Barramundi) was bland, but not a fishy tast, just the proper 'white fish' taste. But in combination with the rest on the plate, it came to life and a true sensation for the taste buds. Desert was of the right sweetness and some 'sour' patches which made you long for more. This was the first time for our son to eat "fancy" and he loved it. Next visit on our list will be the high tea option. Although not one of the cheapest restaurant, its food is fabulous and the view is magnificent from the 33rd floor and a 360 turn in roughly an hour. So, saw a lot of the greater Perth area during the lunch. Definitely recommend C Restaurant. Booked for a party of 8 to celebrate a 30th wedding anniversary. The booking process was easy and the communication prior to our visit was excellent. All questions and queries were responded to quickly. We had one guest fall ill the day of booking and the restaurant was very good to accommodate this. The initial greeting and seating to the table was courteous and welcoming. The table was set beautifully with lovely views of the city. The menu choices were excellent and overall the food was a good standard. The presentation of a Happy 30th Anniversary dessert plate was a lovely touch. The cons of the evening was that our drinks took a long time to come to the table. We had to ask a few times for the wine. We missed having a glass of wine with our entree and start of the main. Attentiveness in this area was a little lacking. The only other disappointment was there was no offer of tea or coffee at the end of our meal. A couple of guests had a half an hour drive home to Rockingham and I think they would’ve appreciated a bit of caffeine. But overall it was a lovely evening.

We had a wonderful high tea experience. Booking in advance was easy, and they offer several options along with an excellent tea menu. The food quality was top, and the amount of snacks for two was more than generous. Everything was delicious, and it was simply a joy to be there. From the table setting and attentive service (we got a clear explanation of each item) to the elegant interior and overall atmosphere. The slowly rotating restaurant platform, which completes a full circle in an hour, added a special touch. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great that day, but it was still awesome to admire views of different parts of the city.

Loved it! Beautiful views of Perth and all the way out to the mountains and ocean. Vegan high tea was delicious and normal high tea was very good too according to husband and friend. You get teas and percolated coffee included in the classic. We ordered cocktails as well. I wish it included espresso coffee like I’ve had with every other high tea. Percolated coffee was still ok, not bitter. They have almond milk too for non dairy. Customer service was amazing and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!
