The restaurant is not spacious but they have a good vibe. We like everything we ordered. The seafood rice is the best I’ve ever tried. The flavor of the seafood broth was so rich that we couldn’t help but finishing the food in minutes. The rice was perfectly cooked and absorbed all the flavor. I’ll always miss this place in Porto. We had been trying to come here a few times during our stay in Porto, but there was always a lineup. The restaurant is small and cosy, and they don’t accommodate groups larger than four. It’s best to go as a pair. That said, it’s definitely worth the wait. For starters, we shared the Bacon Bruschetta, which came with bacon, tomato, and chèvre cheese, along with stuffed mushrooms, spicy potatoes, and a mixed salad. Everything was fresh and well-seasoned. For the main dishes, we had the Gratin Cod, served with cream, spinach, and mozzarella. We also tried the duck breast and the grilled pork fillet. The seafood really stood out, perfectly cooked and full of flavour. I would stick to the seafood as that hit the spot with me. To end the meal, we shared the Dream Cake, a rich chocolate cake layered with meringue and served with mandarina ice cream. It was a perfect finish to the evening. The wine we chose was the Diálogo Douro DOC, and it paired beautifully with our meal. The real charm of the place is the owner. She works the ground floor herself and is incredibly welcoming and friendly. You can tell she really cares about the guest experience. If you plan to visit, I recommend going between 6 and 7 p.m. to avoid the dinner rush. They only have two tables for groups of three or four, and larger parties won’t be seated. I visited Ribeira Square at night, and it was such a lovely experience. The atmosphere by the river was beautiful, with the lights reflecting on the water. I had the garlic prawns with bread and a glass of sangria — everything was delicious and full of flavor. The owner was so wonderful and helpful, making the whole experience even better. A perfect spot for a relaxed evening in Porto!

Charming small Restaurant. definitely eat here instead of the Resturant’s along the river. Excellent food. Order everything right away as it takes forever to get your food. Long line to get in. So get there before 6 and put your name down.

We waited by the fountain to have a table outside, and it was well worth the wait! The service from Monica was lovely, and she served us with good humour and excellent hospitality. All of the food we had was delicious, and the port we finished the meal with was also lovely. The atmosphere in the square is great, and it's nice to watch the fountain in the evening. For the starter, main meals and dessert (alongside the drinks), we felt it was very reasonably priced. Book ahead, or be prepared to wait a little, as they take their time to make sure everything is just right. We also appreciated not feeling rushed once we were sat at a table; we're on holiday, and we liked being able to savour the food and our time there. For those who have said they didn't like waiting for seats, there are plenty of places nearby that were empty. This restaurant is busy for a reason!
