We were looking for a spot close to the airport for lunch before our flight home after a week in Santorini and chose this restaurant based on its strong reviews and mentions of authentic local cuisine. As others have noted, it’s clearly a place for locals - the name and menu are in Greek only (though there’s a QR code linking to an English menu with photos). We ordered the Greek salad, fava, corn flour pita, Ithaca Gruyere, chicken breast, and pork chop mains. Everything was delicious, and the main dishes were generous enough to share. If ordering again for two, I’d probably choose one main and add a few more smaller dishes, since so many items on the menu looked tempting. We left absolutely full and didn’t need another meal that day. A special mention for the corn flour pita - they were soft and tender, and much better than the generic versions we’d had elsewhere all week. The decor is traditional and charming, with both indoor and covered outdoor seating. If you’re after great food in a relaxed, local setting, this place is must try. We had a wonderful dinner at Τα Ποστάλια του Αιγαίου. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making us feel like guests in a local home. We enjoyed authentic Greek dishes including a rich and flavorful moussaka, a seafood giouvetsi with prawns and squid in tomato sauce, and a perfectly grilled stuffed squid served with fresh shredded salad and rice. Every dish was delicious and felt truly homemade. This was one of our favorite meals in Santorini and a great way to experience genuine Greek hospitality. Highly recommended! Booking requires if you want to enjoy the live music on Thursday or Saturday night. The price and portion size are decent. They have QR code to show what the dishes are, and WiFi available which perfect for tourists if you don’t know what to choose. Pork chop was not dry at all and decent portion sizes.

We ate calamari, shrimp, eggplant, meatballs, and crab salad. We liked them all very much. This place caters mostly to locals, and we, as tourists, liked it better. The atmosphere felt truly traditional.

If you’re looking for local Greek food without the packed tourist crowds, this restaurant is the one for you. The staff were really friendly, they’ve got a picture of the food in a QR code which made choosing the food easier. Everything on the menu was 10/10. Packing is just a 2min walk, went around 2/3pm. Highly recommend. The little dessert cake was amazing. No picture of that. Just inhaled it.
