It is all that they say the food is here, fantastic. Definitely go for the tasting but try a few of the full dishes. Front door team are a bit tough on wiggle room for reservations as we had a toddler, but by the time we were having apps every seat was taken so understandable given their demands of business. Wine pairing with the food was just on point. I even left full my the time I had the dessert course and a few bites of my wife’s dish. Absolutely lived up to the hype! Got a last minute (week in advance) res here while I was in São Paulo last week. This was luckily our first stop- although it set the bar very high. We did the tasting menu. Each item was tasty and served with a whimsy yet grounded in cultural significance. Such an amazing experience. In the heart of São Paulo, where the pulse of the city meets the artistry of the table, I was fortunate to slip in as a walk-in to this now-iconic destination. The room buzzed with energy, a blend of eager locals and curious travelers, and from the first glance, it was clear that this is a place on many a must-visit list. I chose the tasting menu with wine pairing, a journey through the many expressions of pork. Certain moments were pure delight, the whimsical “Happy Meal” and the delicate Althea consommé lingered in memory long after the final sip of wine. Each dish carried its own story, and the variety was impressive. Yet, for all its creativity, the experience carried the tempo of a place in high demand. Service, while warm in spirit, sometimes skimmed the surface rather than immersing in the finer details, my cocktail, for instance, arrived without a coaster, a small omission that quietly speaks volumes in such a setting. The room, brimming with guests, leaned more toward brisk movement than intimate pause. Compared to the measured elegance of tasting menus in San Sebastián or Barcelona, this felt a touch hurried, a vibrant stage where the performance occasionally outpaced the soul. Still, there is much to admire here, and I hope its growing fame will not dim the authenticity that first lit its flame. A noteworthy commendation: the thoughtful gesture of mouthwash in the restrooms, though simple, reflected the kind of care I hope to see shine ever brighter in all aspects of the experience.

Top modern cuisine. Great service (soooo friendly but so pro too) and nice selection of drinks (house wines are top as well as cachaça). Only issue is some foodies/tourist are not there to enjoy or have fun but take picture, so the atmosphere is not on the party side as the cuisine, and service suggests

Absolutely wonderful food lots of attention to detail. The service was amazing and they catered to our language and took the time to explain every dish thoroughly and sometimes even twice would recommend this without a doubt if you’re gonna pick one place in São Paulo to eat very unique flavors from all over Brazil come together in one place
