Found ourselves in here at 10pm after a late arrival as the restaurant was near our hotel. The city and picked it as it was bustling with locals eating Paella so we thought it must be good. We were seated within 10 minutes after a table became available and ordered croquettes and the pork cheek and goats cheese paella. Both were delicious! We went back a second time for the paella and shared the cheesecake for dessert. Whilst the restaurant is great and staff friendly the chairs are really uncomfortable restaurant chairs. I don’t usually notice chairs in a restaurant but we both commented on these. Excellent tapas - everything was super delicious! Perfect padrons, octopus, crocketas. Wine was also really good. What's also important - the staff is super nice - we were served by Juande who was extremely friendly (and took care also of a gluten free guest) - he deserves a great bonus! Our recent meal here was truly disappointing—easily one of the worst we’ve had. The beef was extremely tough and overcooked to well-done with no staff asking about our preferred doneness; the green peppers were shockingly old, tough, full of seeds, and the worst we’ve ever tasted. To make it worse, the Spanish paella is only served as 2-person portions (not shareable by guest count), so we had to order two unnecessarily, and it was overly salty with no option for a refund when we complained. Save your time and money—look elsewhere.

Our experience was deeply disappointing. The paella was unbearably salty, and the fish was equally over-salted. The green peppers were tough and old. To make matters worse, the service was inattentive. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this place. An overall awful experience that I would strongly advise you to avoid.
