The Michelin star is well deserved, with the tasting menu showcasing exquisite seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques. Each course is beautifully presented, balancing flavors and textures in a way that excites the palate. We celebrated my mom's birthday here, and the attentive service made the occasion even more special. Marguerite is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in a luxurious and unforgettable meal in an extraordinary location.

This place is truly the gem of the Flower Dome at Gardens By The Bay. The buggy pick up service was fun and a nice way to enter the restaurant. It was a real treat to observe the chefs at work at the cold kitchen section which was open to diners. Food wise, I couldn’t complain. Everything was executed perfectly and certainly worthy of the Michelin star it holds. To dine in a place surrounded by greenery and in a cool/cold atmosphere was also a nice experience. Also shout out to the chefs who accommodated my wife’s allergy requests and made the necessary changes.

A beautiful location, but food was such a disappointment over all. No taste, dry, funny mix of ingredients. Even the bread was below average. And the duck cooked in perftion was spoiled with sides looking nice but not matching the taste. Service was very professional, even tough one order of tea, cannot split in two. One of these typical “problems”, impossible to solve. Really sorry to report this view of my taste, but just being honest.

An extraordinary birthday dinner dining in the flower dome had given me a remarkable experience. Staffs were professional, foods were amazing with the creative ingredients and arrangements. Strongly recommended for special occasions like birthday or anniversary celebrations!

I’ve been wanting to try Marguerite for a while since my fiancé and I frequent Gardens by the Bay often - and he surprised me by bringing us here for my birthday lunch! The atmosphere was serene and elegant, perfect for a special celebration. The food was unique, beautifully plated, and full of interesting flavors. I’m not much of a meat eater, and even though there wasn’t a listed alternative, our server Henry was incredibly attentive and accommodating to our request. He also explained each course with care, which really elevated the experience. We left feeling full, happy, and well taken care of - a truly memorable meal.
