I ordered the Mama’s Chicken and my husband had the Curried Chicken—both dishes were absolutely mouthwatering 😋🔥. Honestly, I wouldn't change a thing and would order the exact same meal next time! We were seated on the balcony, which made the experience even more special 🌅. The view overlooking Rodney Bay was beautiful, and it was the perfect spot to enjoy our meal while soaking in the lively energy below. Dining under the open sky with the soft Caribbean breeze was unforgettable 🌴✨. After dinner, we took a short, relaxing stroll through the mall downstairs 🛍️, before heading back to our stay at Coco Palm Resort—which, by the way, is another place I’d highly recommend for a perfect getaway! 🏨💕 Whether you're planning a romantic date night 💑, a girls’ night out 💃🏽, or just kicking it with the crew 🧑🏽🤝🧑🏽, Matthew’s Rooftop Restaurant offers a vibe that fits every occasion. The views from this restaurant and the ambiance really belongs on a postcard. We were just passing through St Lucia for a few days and we stayed near Rodney Bay. The locals raved about how much we would love this place and we did! The food had soul - delicious and unique. So many beautiful people came and went when we were there enjoying the sunset. Great place to chill out.

We’ve had too many servers at our table with the same questions in a couple of minutes. And I saw 8 people of staff walking around with only 10 guest in the restaurant.
