We had a wonderful experience here. We arrived around 7pm and it wasn’t too busy. But I would recommend making a reservation if you plan to dine later, as the tables do start to fill up. We ordered the mussels and escargot - both were delicious. It was our first time having escargot, and we would definitely order again. For our entrees, we ordered the Mahi Mahi and Lobster Linguine, both were delicious as well. We sat outside and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Fantastic gem!! We are so happy to have found this place. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! We ordered 3 seafood dishes that were paired with the most unique sides that all blended together perfectly. The atmosphere truly makes you feel like you’re in a tropical Paris! Conveniently located on the Dutch side not far from the airport and just an overall great experience. Our server also delivered complimentary aperitifs after we finished which was so kind on their part. We will absolutely be back! Spectacular food, atmosphere and service! Our server Jenny went above and beyond to take care of our party. We had a dairy allergy in the group and Jenny made sure to keep them safe and was happy to accommodate. From the appetizers to dessert and cocktails everything was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. Would highly reccomend this restaurant especially during low season- we were seated right away and the restaurant wasn’t crowded

Fantastic gem!! We are so happy to have found this place. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious! We ordered 3 seafood dishes that were paired with the most unique sides that all blended together perfectly. The atmosphere truly makes you feel like you’re in a tropical Paris! Conveniently located on the Dutch side not far from the airport and just an overall great experience. Our server also delivered complimentary aperitifs after we finished which was so kind on their part. We will absolutely be back!

Spectacular food, atmosphere and service! Our server Jenny went above and beyond to take care of our party. We had a dairy allergy in the group and Jenny made sure to keep them safe and was happy to accommodate. Le Moulin Fou was a FANTASTIC culinary experience! If we could give it 10 stars, we would. I had the grilled lobster and my wife had the red snapper from the specials menu. The food was great, lobster succulent and cooked to perfection and the presentation, wow! Our server Eric was very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Everything we ordered (escargot, goat cheese salad, lamb shank, and the duck breast) were phenomenal, well prepared, and beautifully displayed. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the island for an authentic French meal!!!
