Within one active day, you can visit Zakagori Fortress, Keterisi Monastery and several natural monuments, such as travertine formations, Abano Mineral Lake and Keterisi Canyon. Chaukhi Pass 3341 m is dividing Kazbegi region and Khevsureti. It is compelling due to a proximity of imposing Chaukhi massif with its many sharp peaks. At the other side of the pass, you will find meadows with intriguing rock formations (Roshka stones) and Abudelauri lakes - three beautiful alpine lakes with different colors (green, blue and white).
