Nobu is honestly my favourite spot ever! The sushi is always so fresh and perfectly prepared. I love the veggie temaki, and of course, the crispy rice — both tuna and salmon are incredible, I honestly can’t pick a favourite. The edamame is cooked to perfection, and the wagyu skewers are definitely one of the highlights of the meal. The desserts are simply a work of art — beautiful, delicious, and the perfect way to finish. Watching the chefs in action is such a treat too; it’s not just about the food, it’s part of the whole experience and makes dining here even more special. Nobu never fails to impress and is absolutely one of my all-time favourite dining experiences! I had an incredible experience at NOBU! I had an incredible experience at NOBU! The atmosphere is really cosy, which made it easy to relax and enjoy my meal. NOBU Tokyo has a relaxed atmosphere—you don’t need to keep your voice down like in some other Japanese restaurants. We ordered the 18,000 yen set menu: seven courses, generous portions, and everything tasted great. Not many locals around, but for my Chinese + American palate, this was a perfect meal.

We went here for lunch on our first trip to Japan. Great place also big enough to have larger groups. Food was fresh and beautiful and service was 5 diamond worthy. Highly recommend this restaurant. It’s not a cheaper place. It’s a fine place.
