The restaurant is beautiful, pristine, and welcoming. My server was attentive, and the rest of the staff were just as thoughtful — from checking in on my meal to promptly clearing my table, they made me feel special and I recived multiple birthday wishes throughout the night. To celebrate, I ordered the famous Caesar salad, an 18oz aged bone-in striploin, a 4oz wagyu, potato purée, a glass each of Flat Rock and Wild Rock wine, and the monkey bread dessert to finish off a very filling meal. My goal was to stick to primarily Canadian produce, which the 18oz steak and the wines proudly represented. I requested for my dishes to be staggered so I could enjoy each one at its best pace. The experience began with complimentary herb butter, with a warm popover that paired perfectly with the butter. The caesar salad was fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. Both steaks were cooked to perfection, and the potato purée was smooth, and delicious. To end the evening, I chose the monkey bread — served warm with a cream cheese dip — which is a must-try if you’re a fan of Cinnabons. As a final thoughtful touch, when I was ready to settle my bill, my server brought me a signed card by the Jacob's culinary team and I was provided with a house-made chocolate muffin to enjoy the next morning. From the food to the hospitality, every detail exceeded my expectations. I left completely satisfied and grateful for such a memorable birthday dinner. Will love to be back again soon. Thank you Jacobs & Co Steakhouse. Wonderful meal with excellent service from Vanya. We got the 18oz dry aged striploin (45 days). Chef says he was pleased it was ordered as blue or rare. They are known for their dry aging process. Also tried the California striploin which is just a smaller sized cut of the striploin also dry aged 25 days. For sides the bone marrow was delicious texture. Needed some seasoning but the parsley and pickled onions were tasty garnishes. The bread tasted like Yorkshire puddings and the butter with roasted garlic was tasty. We also had the scallops which were on the small size and whilst tasty wasn’t anything special. The wagyu fried rice was good and the potato purée was really delicious. We also ordered the table side Caesar salad which was an entertaining experience. They had different sauces to go with the steaks and also pastries to go at the end. If we were to come back again we would definitely share the steak which is what we saw other customers doing. Their steak is definitely worth a try - just have to be prepared for an expensive meal but great experience! We were absolutely stuffed and had to doggy bag left overs. You’ll want to enjoy every mouthful for the price. Not very experienced with the more expensive dining locations in Toronto. I do love meat and heard Jacobs and Co was halal and one of - if not the best steakhouse locations in the city. I came with a friend and had a very comfortable experience. Our server, unfortunately did not get his name but he made us feel very comfortable and immediately pointed out halal steak options and drink options. I did not feel out of place at all. The complimentary bread starter was fresh, fluffy and delicious. It came with garlic/pesto butter. We tried the striploin to share and then pasta dish pictured. Potato puree and had the ceaser salad made fresh in front of us. Such a nice experience! The steak was honestly the best I have ever had and melted in your mouth. For desert we had the monkey bread to share which was honestly perfect amount and closer. I can not wait to save up and try it again sometime as a treat ! Worth the experience :)

Love the new venue! It’s bright and airy and a welcome change to the original! They’ve introduced new food offerings including fresh seafood in addition to their traditional offerings. The popovers with garlic butter are always so incredible! The beet salad was adorned with honeycomb which was my favourite part. The sides of asparagus and mushrooms left more to be desired. I tried the bay scallops, which although delicious, I would’ve liked to be a bigger portion especially for the individual price. The tiger prawns were generous and a nice lighter option. Their selection of steaks is incredible and cooked to your liking. They’ve launched a new lunch menu as well, which is great for those looking for a new spot in the downtown core. The service was attentive and it was great to see so many familiar faces. There were a few glitches during service and dining, but to be expected as they had just opened. Overall a great experience!

The overall experience was nice. This new location is beautifully put together and has a great atmosphere. Cozy and carpeted with lots of wood accents making it feel warm and welcoming. 5/5 We ordered steaks for lunch and had a somewhat acceptable experience. The steaks were good but for the price I was expecting them to be very tender and juicy. We asked for medium rare and they came closer to medium well and rare. A bit tough for a rib eye but the flavor was great. Food was 4/5. The service was exceptional. Friendly staff and informative on the menu and gives nice little details on the dry aged specialties keeps things interesting. Marvin serving us made the experience memorable with his great service and friendly chats! Thank you Marvin! 5/5! 👍
