Outstanding food and service jade and Jer was on their A game as servers. The whole snapper callaloo and coco was well flavored and tasty.

Attended for Mum’s 60th birthday dinner and we were very pleased with the evening. Service was impeccable, Jesse our waiter was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious and very creatively presented with excellent portion sizes. The desserts were also very lovely. We were able to go to the bar on the actual waterfront after with lovely ambiance and live music and reasonably priced drinks. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion.

I had sushi 🍣 🍱at the waterfront restaurant which is located within the Hyatt hotel. It was very delicious. The service was very good and the atmosphere was extremely beautiful. You can choose to either dine in at the restaurant or dine outside with a view of the ocean front. The sushi portion was smaller than usual but the taste was simply delicious. I also had a salmon bowl which was also mouth watering. I would definitely visit again on a special occasion.

It was my family's first time at the Waterfront restaurant. We did the buffet breakfast for my birthday. Firstly, no one greeted us. We waited at the welcome desk for approximately 20 minutes at the entrance before being acknowledged by someone. Everyone just kept walking by us and never told us we were standing at the wrong place. I had to go to the front desk to ask for assistance, only to be re-directed to another desk. The customer service was a little better after we were seated. Our waitress came several times to check on us which was nice. There was a variety of items at the buffet, but the taste was bland for many things we tried and very basic. We were seated indoors. There was a nice view through the glass. I have visited many hotels and tasted from many buffets and I think was just super basic. Everyone's opinion will vary. This was based on our visit on a Saturday morning.
