Tonight my husband and I visited Embers for dinner. Our cab driver had suggested this restaurant for us! All I can say is WOW! We were served by the most friendly and sweet waitress, Alexandra. She brought us perfectly crafted drinks which I appreciate as many restaurants offer great food but fall short on the drinks. We then had the tuna sashimi( yummy!) , the bao buns (amazing!!) and a lobster dinner (delish and plentiful, loved it!) with a side of carrots (incredible flavor)! To top it off Alexandra surprised us with a dessert as we were celebrating our anniversary! This was no ordinary dessert, it was ice cream with fresh fruit and whip cream. The ice cream is made on site as are all of their desserts! This meal was outstanding and I want the world to know. You will not be disappointed! We toured the island and this was by far our favorite spot. Loved it so much we came back again. The food exquisite, drinks were fantastic and service top notch. And our waitress; Ocelina was adorably, sweet and very professional. Excellent service from the moment we arrived until we left! We were warmly welcomed by Alexandra, who was absolutely wonderful throughout. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Highly recommended!

Tonight my husband and I visited Embers for dinner. Our cab driver had suggested this restaurant for us! All I can say is WOW! We were served by the most friendly and sweet waitress, Alexandra. We toured the island and this was by far our favorite spot. Loved it so much we came back again. The food exquisite, drinks were fantastic and service top notch. And our waitress; Ocelina was adorably, sweet and very professional.

We had the best meal of our vacation at Embers! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. When we mentioned we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with complimentary champagne, which was such a thoughtful touch. The waiters were incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in just enough to make sure everything was perfect without being intrusive. The food was outstanding, every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was amazing too, with a relaxed yet elegant vibe that made the whole evening feel special and romantic. If you’re in Turks and Caicos and want an unforgettable dining experience, Embers is a must-visit. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time speaking to the manager and our waitress was attentive. The tuna tartar was amazing! My husband and I didn't like his sea bass. It just didn't have any taste but good texture. My wagyu was good but I wish I had more char like my first bite and the Brussel sprouts were crisp. Lobster tail was so meaty! Good drinks.
