• Ski operators born on or after 1-1-1988 must have a Boater Safety Certificate. A temporary one can be obtained prior to your arrival at: https://tinyurl.com/BoatTest101 • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license to operate jet-skis. • MUST BE 8 OR OLDER TO RIDE JET SKI • You must arrive a minimum of 30min before the start of your rental for safety instructions. If taking a boater certificate safety test, please add an additional 15-30min. • Destiny Water Adventures reserves the right to deny service without refund to anyone arriving late. • The $300 Security Hold will be waived if Damage Protection Coverage is purchased at check in ($29).
