Meeting Point & Ticket Redemption Our meeting point is at San Juan Bay Marina. You will see our Caribbean Chiliboats San Juan trailer at the end of the parking lot. San Juan Bay Marina is located across from Distrito T-Mobile. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time to complete your check-in, receive safety instructions, and get ready for the experience. Upon arrival, present your booking confirmation (digital or printed), your ID, and the credit card used for the reservation to our guide. We will provide the necessary safety equipment and assist you in storing your belongings in a safe place. Parking: Parking at San Juan Bay Marina is free only for the duration of the tour. We recommend allowing extra time, especially on weekends or holidays, if you are not familiar with the area. What to Wear: Comfortable clothing and water shoes, sneakers, or sandals you don’t mind getting wet. Important: Our Chiliboats are very stable and easy to ride, suitable for participants from 5 to 75 years old, with a maximum weight of 240 lb (109 kg) and up to 6’5” (1.95 m) in height. No prior experience is required. ⚠️ Punctuality Policy: Arrivals after the scheduled departure time will be automatically considered no-show and will not be refundable or transferable to another time slot.
