About This Tour

Meet your tour in front of The Occidental Grill at 1475 Pennsylvania Ave. NW Washington, D.C. 20004. Please try to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Your guide will be outside the front entrance dressed in Colonial attire or as a pirate. The Occidental is currently closed but we will still begin stories right outside of the main entrance. Running Late for the tour?? We will wait 5 minutes for everyone. If you are later than that, please reach out to us by phone at 844-678-8687 and we will do our best to catch you up to the group. -Nightly Spirits reserves the right to refuse service to overly intoxicated and/or disruptive guests. -Tours are subject to cancellation at our discretion due to weather, events, illness, low attendance, etc. Please make sure that your contact phone number is correct in case we need to get a hold of you on your tour date. ALL GUESTS MUST BE 21+ WITH A VALID ID!! Top FAQs -Are drinks included? Absolutely not, nor are we legally allowed to provide specials beyond the normal bar specials. -Do you operate in the rain? We tour rain or shine so please dress accordingly. Nightly Spirits will reach out if the tour is not going to run due to inclement weather, so if you don’t hear from us, plan to be there! If you would prefer to reschedule, we must have at least two hours’ notice. -Is tipping acceptable? Yes, all of our guides accept tips and most of them really love it. -Can we eat on the tour? No. We are often on a tight schedule and there is not time to order food. If you do, you may be left behind. -Can I bring my infant? NO.
