There are ‘Help’ & ‘Hint’ options if you get stuck and of course you can use your device to look things up if required. You must do this in order to participate as the clues are sent to your phone from our website. When you book the trail on our website, you will be sent an email containing all the information you need on the start location, how to play and some FAQs etc. You can complete the trail any day you wish, as long as it's within the start times. This is listed under each individual trail on our website and also in your welcome email. When you are ready to play and are at the starting point, simply log into the website, go to 'My Account' and select 'Get Started' to request the first clue - good luck!
