For people with disabilities, the tour route may be different from the one presented.

Important: please note that you can not get to the Colosseum with large bags / backpacks / suitcases. You may bring small bags, but there is no cloakroom service inside the Colosseum to accommodate large items

Pets are not allowed

Every refund request MUST be done within and not later than 48 hours from the day of the tour.

All visitors MUST have a photo ID for the security check! Security will prevent you from entering the monuments if you fail to provide a valid ID card or Passport.

You must have a VALID PHOTO ID to enter the Colosseum (Driver License, Passport or State ID all work.) You will be asked to also provide your name, last name and date of birth (at the beginning of the tour, if not provided beforehand.) Security will prevent you from entering the site if the information provided is not accurate and/or don't match the one on your ID.

The itinerary may vary depending on weather conditions (ice, rain, or high temperatures) or other events beyond the travel agency's control.
