About This Tour
Participate in a culinary experience on fresh pasta with your Sicilian teacher by birth. You will learn how to make a traditional egg pasta : ravioli, tortelli, lasagna or cannelloni and two types of pasta with local Sicilian flours : busiate, cavatelli and maccheroncini al ferretto. You will use fresh and quality ingredients to cook and enjoy a seasonal meal. The activity can be customized,only if you have intolerances. Teresa doesn't cook gluten-free to respect traditional local recipes. The experience is ideal for families or groups, it requires at least two participants, children must be at least 8 years old.
