Meeting time at the Wild Nordic Safari Center is 30 minutes prior to activity starting time. Meeting time for other pick up locations is within 80 minutes prior to the starting time. The time will be informed in the confirmation message, please contact us in case you haven't received one.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to know basic English in order to understand the instructions given to ensure a safe tour for everyone. • All the pick-up times for the tours are set and customers shall wait at the given meeting location in the email sent by us • No refund of the tours will be made if the customer misses the pick-up services as a result of failing to wait at the designated pick-up area. • If a customer suffers from illness or disabilities that could affect ones ability to take part in the activities one shall prior to participating in the activities consult medical experts as to ones suitability to participate in the activity.
