If you do not fully comprehend the terms, you should not sign or use a Goldie’s Chariot party golf cart until seeking legal advice. You agree not to reverse engineer or replicate the Goldie’s Chariot party golf cart, and release the owners and manufacturers from any liability for claims arising from your use of the cart. Rules for riders include being 18 years old or older, or accompanied by a legal guardian if under 18, no glass items, staying on the cart while it is moving, and not boarding while intoxicated. The Goldie’s Chariot Pilot has final authority, and passengers must adhere to all alcohol and behavior laws. Inappropriate behavior, such as extreme intoxication, offensive language or actions, and public disturbances, will result in immediate removal from the tour and a fine. Failure to comply may lead to the tour being terminated early with a fee charged to the renter. Any individual displaying symptoms of illness, including COVID-19, must not participate in the tour.
