CHECK-IN AND MISSED TOUR POLICY Arrive at Na Pali Riders’ office in Waimea 45 minutes before departure with waivers signed. Departure time is the time specified on your itinerary. If not checked in before the safety brief begins, the tour is missed.

Give yourselves MORE THAN ENOUGH driving time so that you arrive on time for your raft tour. We cannot stress this enough! From Princeville - 1 hour, 45 minutes From Kapaa - 1 hour From Lihue - 45 minutes From Poipu - 35 minutes From Kekaha - 15 minutes What to Bring: Comfortable clothing Swimsuit (wear it) Towel Reef Safe Sunscreen Sunglasses Hat (tie-down is recommended) You will be barefoot on the raft tour (socks or water shoes are allowed) Cash for gratuity What we Provide: Light fruits, snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic beverages) Waterproof duffel bag Life vests (Provided upon request) Recommendations for avoiding Sea Sickness: Stay hydrated, especially the day before your tour If you are unsure if you get sea sick, it is best to take precautions ahead of time Take a sea sickness medication recommended by your doctor We have Dramamine (non-drowsy) and sea sickness wrist bands available for purchase in our office Reminder: If you feel that our crew has provided exceptional service after your tour, you’re welcome to show your appreciation with a gratuity.
