IMPORTANT: It is a Federal crime to board an FAA Approved U.S. Air Carrier with a fraudulent identification. • ARRIVAL TIME AT TERMINAL: You MUST arrive at least 40 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking without refund. • COMFORT & SAFETY: Due to comfort and weight / balance of the helicopter, passengers weighing over 300 lbs (136 kg) will be required to purchase an additional seat. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • ACCESSIBILITY: This tour is wheelchair accessible provided that there is someone in your party able to assist you with boarding and disembarking.
