About This Tour
Kayak to the land mark of the Auckland region while the sun is slowly setting over Auckland and the Waitakere Ranges. We pull our kayaks up to Rangitoto wharf before embarking on a 1 hour leisurely walk to the summit where you will be treated to the best sunset location Auckland has to offer. Under the guidance of your professional guide we paddle back in the dark watching the city lights sparkle like stars. This tour is fully catered with all kayaking equipment provided.

Meetup: St Heliers central boat ramp 384 Tamaki Drive, Auckland. We do offer a free city pick up from the Atrium Auckland Museum and this needs to be communicated to us at time of booking see https://www.aucklandseakayaks.co.nz/city-pick-up-location/. Pickup is 30 minutes before trip start time.

There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. Must be able to hike 2.5 km (1.5 miles) rising 270 meters (900 feet) • Our free pick up is from the Atrium Auckland Museum and this needs to be communicated to us at time of booking see https://www.aucklandseakayaks.co.nz/city-pick-up-location/. Note: pickup at the museum takes place 30 minutes prior to your trip start time. So if your trip starts at 4:00pm, your pickup will be at 3:30pm. If your trip starts at 2:00pm, your pickup will be at 1:30pm.
